CREDIT LINES OF TRUST AND CONFIDENCE TO RUSSIA CLOSED. (OVERVIEW OF RUSSIAN AGGRESSION, 08 01 2023)

Political strategic level
The new White House aid package for Ukraine is designed to last for the next few months of fighting. "The next United States defence assistance package will take into account the specifics of the hostilities Ukraine will face over the next few months," said John Kirby, Strategic Communications Coordinator for the US National Security Council at the White House.
Meanwhile, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky welcomed the fact that cooperation with Western partners has finally been taken to a new level. "Racism must lose", says Mr Zelensky. For the first time, Ukraine will receive Bradley armoured personnel carriers, new cannons, projectiles, including high-precision ones, new missiles, new drones, the President said. "I thank President Biden, congressmen and all Americans who value freedom, who know that freedom is worth defending and who heard Ukraine during my visit to Washington. After this visit and these talks, we are seeing very concrete results."
Germany has also taken an important step forward in strengthening the security not only of Ukraine, but of Europe as a whole. "Strengthening our air defence is a direct de-escalation effort here and now. The less Russia has the ability to terrorise peaceful cities, the lower its overall potential for aggression. I thank Chancellor Scholz for his decision to equip Ukraine with the Patriot air defence system," said Mr. Zelensky in his address to his partners.
"And we haven't started the war yet", remember Putin's lame joke after the failed invasion of Ukraine? Well, Ukraine, which has now stopped the Drisky army, is only really getting ready to start it - planning offensive operations. It is likely that soon, not tomorrow and not the day after tomorrow, but in the spring, we will see the shameful flight of the Vulcans into the realm of darkness, violence and spiritual rubbish.
Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban believes that, because of the crisis in the Western order, which is said to have been caused by Russia's war against Ukraine, the West has launched a new Cold War in which Budapest must remain on the sidelines, maintain relations with Western rivals and assume a regional leadership role. Orban hopes to leave the middle-income group and reach the developed countries within the next decade.
According to Orban, the outbreak of the war between Ukraine and Russia has made it clear that the current Western centrism cannot be sustained as the West's rivals have become stronger. This includes trade and economic liberalisation, which are the Moscow's preparations for the Kremlin's loyal servant.
And what happened to the Hungarian who, back in 1989, demanded the withdrawal of the Soviet army from the country? Why is Orban so fiercely advocating the terrorist Kremlin regime? It is all very elementary. Money. Orban's government is curating and defending a EUR 12.5 billion construction contract with the Russian state-owned corporation Rosatom to expand Hungary's nuclear power plant. In addition, the International Investment Bank (IIB), which the opposition calls 'Putin's Trojan Horse', has moved its headquarters from Moscow to Budapest.
President Volodymyr Zelensky signed a decree imposing new sanctions on Russian artists for a period of 10 years. The document specifies that the assets of dozens of prominent sanctioned individuals in Ukraine will be frozen. They will also be suspended from trade transactions, all licences and permits will be revoked, and securities transactions and copyright transfers will be banned.
Actors, television presenters, performers and other creative professionals are targeted: actor and comedian Mikhail Galustyan, comedian Yevgeny Petrosyan, TV presenter Leonid Yakubovich, singers Vladimir Presniakov, Irina Allegrova, Dima Bilan, Larisa Dolina, Filip Kirkorov, Sergei Lazarev, Grigory Leps, Alexander Sklyar, Mikhail Shufutinsky; the propagandists Dmitry Kiselev, Alexander Dugin, Margarita Simonyan; the actors and directors Viktor Dobronravov, Dmitry Kharatyan, Viktor Sukhorukov, Nikita Mikhalkov, and other well-known figures.
We hope that the relevant Lithuanian authorities will carefully study the list of sanctioned persons and make sure that they and those associated with their activities are not welcome in our country and that their assets are nationalised and transferred to Ukraine as humanitarian aid.
Mr Zelensky has suspended the citizenship of some priests of the Moscow Patriarchate's 13 Orthodox churches in Ukraine. During searches, the SBU found Russian passports, large amounts of cash, Russian propaganda literature and other anti-Ukrainian items.
Putin's mouthpiece Maria Zakharova called this decision by the Ukrainian President Satanic. "And this on Orthodox Christmas! This is pure Satanism," the new-age Communist terrorist wrote on her Telegram channel yesterday.
While the Western media is reporting on the failed ceasefire to celebrate Orthodox Christmas, it is time for Westerners to realise that Russian Orthodoxy has nothing to do with faith or the church. They are the murderous, stuffed FSB pets in their sashes, zealously following the orders of their generals. They, too, should be tried by the Hague Tribunal.
German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock also criticises the alleged Russian ceasefire and says that if Putin really wanted peace, 'he would bring his troops home'. "The so-called ceasefire brings neither freedom nor security to a people who live in daily fear of Russian occupation," Baerbock posted on Twitter.
The US no longer believes in the Kremlin's cunning moves, even under the guise of religious motives. The Pentagon has stated that it is very sceptical about the ceasefire proposed by President Vladimir Putin. "I think there is a great deal of scepticism, both here in the US and around the world at this point, given the long history of Russian propaganda, disinformation, and unrelenting attacks on Ukrainian cities and civilians," Pentagon spokesman Brigadier General Patrick Ryder said.
An apt observation on the killing of Ukrainians and the destruction of their churches. What is peace worth in the name of such a 'religion'? And what has it got to do with the commandment 'thou shalt not kill' and Cyril's injunction 'kill kill kill'? The days of Putin's Russian athletes are numbered. The lines of credit for trust and faith are closed.
Operational level
Russia is not in a hurry to prepare the fortifications on the Crimean peninsula necessary for defence. Ukrainian artillery is pounding them non-stop, paving the way for an active offensive in the near future.
It is said that a new wave of mobilisation in Russia will (finally) affect the population of Moscow and St Petersburg. According to Ukrainian intelligence, the Putin regime will mobilise up to 500 000 Russians. There are indications that a new mobilisation may be announced on 15 January.
"The Russian armed forces will include men who are currently working in the social sphere and in industries that are profitable for the Russian economy," Ukrainian intelligence reports.
The Russian leadership has taken measures to prevent a mass exodus of men of draft age ahead of the next wave of mobilisation scheduled for this month. There are indications that men of draft age will be banned from crossing the Russian state border.
Until now, the Kremlin has avoided conscripting people from Peterhof and Moscow for fear of social unrest. However, it seems that the majority of Russian citizens fear the regime more than death. We still do not understand why the majority of Russian citizens, many of whom do not want to fight, put on a soldier's uniform and venture into a foreign land where two options await them: to be killed, or to... to be killed. Why is the third option, imprisonment for up to three years, not chosen? Staggering calf-like impotence.
According to the opposition in Minsk, the dictator Lukashenko could start mobilising at any moment on Moscow's instructions. Almost all the employees of the Belarusian Ministry of the Interior have reportedly recently been asked to surrender their passports. Lukashenko reportedly wants to increase the size of the Belarusian army from 65,000 to 100,000 by spring 2023. Under pressure from Putin, the communist dinosaur has no alternative but to join the Russian war and the attack on Ukraine from the north. The bullish dictator, even if he does not want war, is well aware that if Putin loses, it will be the end of him. However, there is another end in sight: if military action is taken against Ukraine, Belarusian military officers could mutiny and the regime could lose support as mass unrest breaks out in the country's cities. Lukashenko will not be able to save his arse.
Although fifty additional Bradley armoured vehicles can hardly be called a large number in the scale of the Russian-Ukrainian war, sceptics should be aware of the advantages of this fighting machine. "The Bradley is a modern infantry fighting vehicle that is far superior to its predecessor, the M113, of which some 400 units were previously delivered to Ukraine. Between 1980 and 1989, US industry produced about 9 800 of these vehicles, which have been upgraded several times since. The Americans used these combat vehicles extensively during the two military campaigns in Iraq and Afghanistan.
The Bradley infantry fighting vehicle is equipped with a 25 mm Bushmaster cannon, a 7,62 mm machine gun, a TOW rocket launcher and six fixed 5,56 mm machine guns. It is worth noting that during the war against Saddam Hussein in Iraq, the Bradley destroyed more Iraqi tanks than the famous Abrams.
Even the modernised Soviet tanks are far inferior to the Bradleys in terms of combat effectiveness, since the "American machines" were designed specifically to destroy Soviet armoured vehicles.
Tactical level
To compensate for their losses, the Drisks are hauling weapons, equipment and ammunition to the front line.
Despite the so-called "ceasefire regime", over the past day, the Russo-fascists have fired 9 rockets, 3 air strikes and 40 shelling attacks with rocket fire systems into Ukrainian territory. There are wounded and dead.
A renewed fresh horde is attempting to attack in the directions of Bakhmut, Avdiivka and Liman. In the areas of Novopavlovsk, Zaporizhzhya and Kherson the occupiers are defending themselves.
The intense fighting at Bakhmuts and Soledar over the past day has not been encouraging for the Ukrainian defenders. Supported by aviation and artillery, Wagner's mercenaries, together with the Marauder infantry, encircled Soledar and captured Podgorodnaya near Bachmut with heavy losses. According to sources on the ground, the cost was around 200 so-called Russian soldiers.
A train with refrigerators full of corpses of Russian soldiers is reported to have arrived from Rostov-on-Don to the Kemerovo region. The bodies are to be unloaded at local morgues.
In the temporarily occupied settlements of Kherson oblast, the occupiers have stopped broadcasting all Ukrainian TV channels and are now broadcasting only Russian TV.
During the past day, Ukrainian military aviation has struck 21 concentrations of occupying military equipment and manpower, and 3 strikes against anti-aircraft missile positions.
3 Orlan-10 unmanned reconnaissance aircraft were shot down.
Missile and artillery units struck a Russian command post, 5 concentrations of live forces and military equipment and 2 enemy ammunition depots.
